The success of Dua Kelinci is attributed to the people who work for it at all levels of the organisation and the quality of its relationships with distributors and suppliers.

Dua Kelinci owners, directors and brothers Hadi Sutiono and Ali Arifin have created an organizational culture that values its people beyond all else. 

Several thousand people work at the factory in Pati and its branch offices in Jakarta and Surabaya. For many it is a family affair, with husbands and wives, sisters, and parents working at the plant. Eighty per cent of employees are women.
